This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo with fully stocked kitchen is perfect for your family vacation. New flooring (no carpets) and furnishings are only a few years young and the view off the new deck is truly beautiful off the main part of the lake where you can watch the sail boats set sail from the nearby Yacht Club. It is located at Bernard's Landing in Peninsula Towers. This is the only condo building that features an entrance from the parking lot as well as a lakeside back door. There is a convenient day dock for your use if you bring or rent a watercraft (owned Watercraft must be registered with Bernard's landing for a fee for the duration of your stay at Bernard's Landing security office located on the way in).
You can walk to Napoli on the Lake restaurant near the office or to the Clubhouse where you can find indoor and outdoor pools, tennis/pickleball courts, exercise room, and beach area. Great shopping is nearby at Westlake Village, and many other shops and restaurants are within a 20 min. drive.

There are many golf courses and wineries in the area, boat, kayak and paddle board rentals at many marinas around the lake, and local stores for shopping and restaurants of all types throughout the lake area. Bridgewater Plaza on Booker T Washington (Rt 122) has a tourist office for more activities in the area along with shops, restaurants, mini golf, etc.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure outdoor umbrella is closed and cushions are away. Turn off the hot water heater at heater and electrical panel.
Clean countertops in kitchen and bathroom. All dishes, etc. are washed and put away. Left over food to be thrown away. Garbage must be taken to the station by the security office.
Make sure washer/dryer and dishwasher are empty. Check closets and drawers for personal items. make sure all electronics and wires are packed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The home was perfect and the location was gorgeous! We enjoyed watching the sunrise/set on the lake nightly, and our children loved the addition of the bunk beds! Stunning location!!

Lovely Lakeside Condo

It was perfect for our family of four and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was nicely furnished and well-provisioned. It was particularly nice that there were a wide variety of spices in the pantry so that I didn’t have to buy every little thing to cook. We loved being next to the lake and close to the pool!

Perfect week at the lake

Clean and well stocked with everything you could need, truly felt like a home away from home. Spectacular view, easy access to dock, 5 min walk to private beach area and boat rentals. Clear communications/instructions from host. Hoping we can come back again next year!

Amazing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Bird's Eye View property. Lynn is quick to respond to any messages and the directions for how to get to the property are very clear. From the moment we walked through the door of the condo we were impressed. The condo was extremely clean. Everything we needed for our trip could be found in the condo -- an ice cream scooper, plenty of pots and pans, extra trash bags, coffee filters, etc. The condo was as well stocked as our own house which was great. We had other family staying in other condos as Bernard's Landing who were only given two rolls of toilet paper and two trash bags for an entire week's stay. Luckily. That isn't the case at Bird's Eye View. Everything is well stocked! Staying here felt like staying at a friend or family's house. Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The kitchen island has plenty of room to eat meals as a family and the living room has enough space for everyone to spread out. The view out of the sliders looks right out onto the lake. It was also nice having a back door that with stairs that lead right down to the water. We also enjoyed having the keypad access on the front door as we find the keypad to be more convenient than carrying a key around. The condo is within walking distance to Napoli's, the gym and the larger pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice view off the deck and great neighborhood with nice amenities!.. The coffee pot didn't work too well and there wasn't a Keurig but that was a minor issue...

It is a great view of the lake! Love that there is a "back door" for direct access to boat slips. Has a beautiful updated kitchen. Very close to club house.
