If you want to sleep with bugs, hunt them while your in the room, not have wifi, not have any phone reception, hear every movement from outside your room.. This is the place to go. Not ironically this time: the rooms are nice, the outside garden is beautiful but very creepy at night.

Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Anwesen sehr groß und idyllisch. Zimmer sind mit antiken Möbeln und Accessoires ausgestattet. Es wird moderne und antike gemischt. Zimmer sind neu und sehr sauber. Frühstück war mit frischen Sachen reichlich bestückt.

Only if I had one more day to stay...

Great place to stay for one night like us, or few days to enjoy tranquility of northern Italian village. Despite our late arrival, hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was great combo of locally produced cheese, salami, home made apple and walnut pie and standard breakfast buffet of cereals, fruit joghurts, jams and of course good coffee. House is located on estate with pond, small river and even small soccer field. It is only 10-15 min of the highway Trieste-Venice and totally worth of short detour. Too bad didn't have time to try vine produced at the same place, but judging by salami they make, vine must good as well. Thanks Massimo, Giuseppe and family!
