"Très bel appart bien équipe mais le linge de lit est vieux. La couette était toute boulochee et pas douce au contact. Odeur de canalisation très forte qui sent jusque dans le reste de l’appart. On entend tout ce que fond les voisins (aspi a 7h du mat !! Parquet qui craque qd il marche..) Porte sdb coulissante mais bruyante (la nuit réveille les autres occupants dz l’appart)"

"Un grand ouahh en entrant dans l'appartement. Très propre, sobre, bien agencé ce logement est merveilleux. Il contient tout les équipements nécessaires. Notre séjour d'une durée de 3 nuits, nous a permis de découvrir la ville d'Albi. Celle-ci est extraordinaire. Il y fait bon vivre. "Hikmat est un hôte excellent, il a pris soin de nous, l’accueil est chaleureux, la visite du gîte était vraiment agréable, on avait un bon gâteau au chocolat à l’arrivée, des oeufs de ses poules . C’est vraiment sympa ! Il est très réactif, il nous a mis un brasero à disposition, et a fait son maximum pour qu’on soit comme à la maison. "Restful riverside setting on edge of town with excellent pool and gym amenities. Mediocre breakfast offering overpriced. No warm Food offered. Dinner menu suggests focus on ease of service rather than gastronomy as advertised. Extensive grounds with pools benches and features largely “let go”. Probably hard to get the right staffing balance with just 20 rooms and restaurant competition drawing residents in to city? Staff present having to cover a lot of bases in bursts which they do with grace."
