"Vieux-Viel ist ein kleiner und sehr ruhiger Ort. Für uns war es als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region ideal (Mont St. Michel, Avranche, St. Malo, Cancale, etc...). Supermarkt und Tankstelle sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Frisches Gebäck haben wir bei den Bäckern in Pontorson bekommen. Egal wo, die Leute waren immer super freundlich :-). "We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."

"J ai de base loué ce logement pour moi et mon collègue pour la semaine . Sauf que le propriétaire sous loue en plus son logement. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à 6 dans le logement a payer une location qui de base doit être réservé pour mon collègue et moi . Le propriétaire se permet de venir coupé le chauffage tout les jours à rentrer dans le logement comme bon lui semble. L état de propriété est déplorable. Plus que déçu d être tombé sur une location frauduleuse. Et en plus 3 coupures de courant...

"Having seen this property under renovation for a while, we were curious to see the result, which is pretty impressive. The property includes the hotel, restaurant, roof-top bar, spa, pool, reception rooms, and a large inner courtyard. The design is creative and staff are very professional. Not sure about the use of space in our room, but the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning much appreciated in the summer heat."

"Walkable to the train and bus to Mont Saint Michel with Keolis Bus, Train station has 2 convenient stores, mcdonalds and other coffee shops, they have closed doors at night however for early train they open earlier. The hotel is amazing and Kevin is the Plus ! and the rest of the staff loves customers, you can see how they enjoy to attend you, room was clean, showers and bathroom very spacious! Wonderful hotel to stay in Rennes! "

"This hotel was perfect for my partner and I because it has a large carpark and is near the ring road. We were driving through France so it was an ideal base to stop in Rennes. We had to get a taxi into the city to explore it, but that was fine for us. It is a clean, well equipped and comfortable hotel and it's great value. The massive shopping centre nearby is a plus, but I would not visit this area of the city if you want to experience the culture and nightlife of Rennes."

"Great hotel in Rennes. Clean, well-appointed, and modern rooms. Very central location near restaurants and shops, and Rennes is a very walkable city. Staff were professional and knowledgeable. Restaurant offered good breakfast spread, but didn’t have chance to have lunch or dinner there. Tiny gym, which was too small to be practical. Spa was nice additional, although it tended to get crowded at times. Overall, I think this is the top hotel in Rennes."
