We had an amazing stay at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas! The room was absolutely immaculate, and the balcony alone made it completely worth it. The views and overall vibe were just unreal.
Everything about the property exceeded expectations! All the amenities, the spa, the restaurants, all of it was top tier. The staff was also incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
The only small hiccup we had was with check-in. We arrived around 3 PM expecting to get into our room, but didn’t get access until closer to 6 PM. Their official check-in window is 3–6 PM, which I didn’t realize when booking, so just keep that in mind when planning your travel. That said, the front desk handled it really well and gave us a $50 food voucher so we could grab something to eat while we waited, which we really appreciated.
Other than that, everything was perfect. We truly had the best time and will definitely be back!

Had to pay for a refrigerator for my meds ! Took 5 hours to get one. No coffee in the room ! Really ? What would it take to put a small coffee maker in the room. Room wasn't clean. Supposed to be a new room, but it looked tired.
