"We visited Charlotte for our son's graduation. Not being familiar with the neighborhoods, we did some research and found Belmont to be a friendly and convenient spot. We were so pleased to find this lovely home which was well appropriated and clean. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the living area was a perfect size for our family to gather. Our favorite moment of the trip was sitting on the front porch, drinking wine, and talking about how beautiful the fall colors all around us were. Thank you Jason for being a terrific host! We will be visiting again!"

"We’ve been renting with Vrbo for ten plus years and never once had an issue. The listing was incorrect, stating the unit wasn’t connected to the owner. The connecting couldn’t be locked from the rental side. They have updated that information now in the listing, hopefully they’ve added a slide bolt. Property manager argued even after we provided proof and refused to refund us. We didn’t even stay in the property and went to a hotel.Thank goodness Vrbo stepped up and helped with some of our loss.Beware, this was a nightmare."
