Room was not cleaned and had dirty towels still in it that seemed like were just hung back up to be used…thankfully I noticed the stains all over it before I used it. Water for the shower wouldn’t even get hot. The bed was hard and rickety. It’s an extended stay hotel so there’s a lot of people that look like they live there…which would account for the smell of cooked food throughout the hotel. The only good thing I can say is the manager was kind enough to give us our money back after we checked out early.

No customer service, no house keeping and no front desk after 6:30pm. Were out of toilet paper can’t get no help from the hotel. The hall way smells so bad like weeds and cigarettes. I will never ever come back here again.

This will take your money and then tell you it your fault plus they charge you a whole nother price from what the app started and then tell me it's hidden fees and when I had asked for the paperwork that say that she said oh I can't find it now I'm out $794 Dollars 💵 and the pm staff is very rude and the pm manager was also very rude I told him that the girl didn't know what she was doing cause it's 3 customers in the lobby complaining about the same thing and it's not all 3 of our banks cause we have 3 different banking institutions

It was overbooked so i didn’t get the room i paid for, i couldn’t get any sort of refund from them, there was no soap or even appliances in the room either. Elevator was also broken and they couldn’t even give me extra blankets or towels for the inconvenience.

I would never tell anyone not to stay here because of my horrible experience. My encounter may not happen to the next person. I wish I could send photos on this review to show you how dirty my room was when I first arrived. I requested the 4th floor and extra set of towels. The young Hispanic lady at the front said, at this present time we don’t have anything available. I told her, I can wait. I’m going to get something to eat, I’ll be back. I came back around five, which is their after hours. I knew that, so I didn’t mind. What pissed me off is I had to call the 500 number a few times. No response, I called the reservation line from phone for help. There was a resident/customer in the lobby. He stated the gentleman stepped out. Now I have an attitude and everything just went down hill from there. The tall light skin young black man head and attitude with a smart mouth, they gave me a dirty room (room 409), went down stairs and he rectify the issue. I stayed in room 206. Unfortunately, whoever cleaned that room swept the trash all in one corner and left it. Checking out, I came across Tiffany (mgr). I explained her my issue. She was as sweet a pudding pie, she tried to offer different solutions, but I declined. I will never stay at this property again. I’ve stayed their previously, I never had an issue with checking in, customer service, and etc. the only issue I had including other hotel stays is hair on sheets and towels. I understand some things the nake eye may miss.

BEWARE YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING!! Me and boyfriend got no sleep because we could hear the people above us all night. It sounded like they were rearranging the whole night. Floors are wood laminate which didn’t help the sound. Also, there is not someone at the front desk. If you check in after hours or leave before Check you must you there phone to call someone. Weird.

Th property itself was fine however the bed frame was cheap as lbs noisy, my girlfriend and I were woken up at 2 am by loud people above us and the hotel did nothing to help with this issue, and in order to get new towels I had to being my old ones down to the front desk which was completely inconvenient

I liked that everything was super fast and easy to do. The room was clean and comfortable. The only bad thing is, if ur just trying to just rest up for a bit before hitting the road again, front desk closes at four and you have to wait until the next day. But overall good stay.

It's a new one so everything is in great condition. The only thing I didn't really care for was the low flow shower head but otherwise it was great

A just okay stay. You get what you pay for. It states non smoking rooms but the hallways wreaked of smoke. The walls are thin and I could hear bedsprings in the middle of the night when I was trying to sleep. A lot of foot traffic in the hallways as well. The fitness room was nice. Overall, Glad I was only there for a day and not an extended stay.

My experience here wasn’t good at all from beginning, currently still waiting for my deposit back because we did our job in keeping clean etc. The bed weren’t that comfortable, smoke smell all throughout, nobody in front desk most of the time, incorrect number of beds and had to change rooms. Hope that I get my refund on deposit if not I’m putting another complaint.

WoodSpring Hotel was a really good place to stay for an extended time. The accessible bathroom was like new and very usable. The place was in a good location in relation to my niece’s place. And the price was affordable.

When we tried to check in the guy at the front desk was extremely rude and seemed as if we where an inconvenience to him, He tried to give us a room that was either currently occupied or had not been cleaned, as there were dirty towels on floor trash on counter smells of fresh smoke as if someone had just smoked in the room. He did not attempt to find us a solution but simply stated “I don’t know why they gave you double beds, they are hard to come by “.

Hotel that staff is never at
Location is ok however if u don’t mind having dog hair on ur blankets and u don’t have a pet then ok or how about the front desk is never open not even at the top of day I check out at 11 and it was close had to push my keycard under gate also beware of 150 deposit they close desk at 8 pm as well

There is no front desk horrible customer service the guy the works nights have a very horrible actitud very noise to much dogs and very dirty I couldn’t check in I have to wait long time you have to call in order to open service window and no one answered the phone we have to leave in the middle of the night because we couldn’t sleep to much noise

The hotel building itself is fine, but it stinks of smoke (and who knows what else) because it seems like that is the majority of the kind of people who stay there. There was literally NEVER anyone at the front desk when I was there and I always had to call and wait for someone to come down. It was just generally a somewhat shady and inconvenient experience.
