PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

From September 2026 through January 2027, remodeling will take place inside the garage area only.

The construction crew will work exclusively in the garage and will not enter the home or guest living areas. Guests may occasionally see workers entering or exiting the garage from outside.

To minimize disruption, construction-related noise will be limited to after 9:00 AM.

There may occasionally be construction materials or debris visible outside. Our team will make every effort to keep the front of the property, driveway and guest areas clean and presentable throughout the project.

GAME ROOM UPDATE

The game room previously offered at this property is no longer available beginning September 2026.

Some older guest reviews or photos may reference the game room; however, it is no longer included as an amenity.

DISCOUNTED PRICING

Because of these temporary changes, our normal rates for affected dates have already been reduced by more than 20%.

The price displayed when booking already reflects this adjustment.

By booking, guests acknowledge that they have reviewed and are aware of the disclosed garage remodeling, potential daytime construction activity and removal of the game room.

Please remember that this is a residential neighborhood. Loud conversations, music or other disturbances around the pool during quiet hours are prohibited.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we are committed to respecting our neighbors.

Unauthorized parties, events, gatherings or exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate termination of the reservation, removal from the property without refund, applicable charges for damages or excessive cleaning, and reporting of the violation to Airbnb.

If you’re looking for a home where you can host a party, play loud music or make excessive noise, this is NOT the right property for your stay.
