Lots of issues, TVs didn't work, hot water was scarce, kitchen wasn't very well stocked, dryer didn't work. Overall not a great stay.

On time and constant communication provided by the host. Place is clean and surrounding is quiet. Plenty pf parking.
Bathrooms and bedrooms are good size both with walk-in closet. Although, not enough hangers (one 2 flimsy inside the closet) and the exhaust fan in one bathroom is not working.
Just a suggestions to the host: change your ironing board to a full size one.
