"The house is very cute and well stocked. The host was welcoming and let us know he was available if there were any issues."

"The place was exactly as shown; clean and cozy! The host was super friendly, helpful, and always responded in a timely manner with questions. Additional positives: The place is stocked with laundry and coffee, streaming services were available, and the water pressure was on point. It's located at the beginning of the historic district and is basically a straight shot to the Civic Center and ball fields in one direction and 4-5 blocks from the main historic strip in another. The only negative to staying close to the historic district is the train so bring a fan to drown out the horns. It is an older house and shows its age but still charming and I felt perfectly safe in the location."

"We came for the Tattoo Expo and the location was very close to the conference center. The room was clean and quiet and there was plenty of space. There was also a refrigerator which the listing did not mention. Bonus!"

"We booked for our son’s army graduation and traveled with our older parents. We liked the large bedrooms with king beds and proximity to Broadway. The house is near active train tracks which should have been disclosed in the listing. It’s very loud during the night and early morning. The bathrooms are lacking handrails in the bath/shower for older adults. The exterior needs to be cleaned up. Did not feel like a good value for what we paid. "
