"Begin with the valet and front desk staff is super helpful and welcoming. My A/C went out during my stay (100* Days) and they were prompt to move me to another room when I notified them, however the security who brought my new room key did not offer to assist me carry anything. The move occurred at midnight and they were only concerned with getting the key returned from the old room vs offering to help, which I found odd."
