"Very surprised at how nice this hotel was - great feeling in the lobby with the fireplace burning in the library area. Has a Restaurant/Bar, Starbucks and Chick-fil-a located inside the connected atrium great feeling to stay there and very convenient to downtown Richmond. They also have a shuttle to take you to local destinations. One complaint is no breakfast offered with the room. Otherwise would’ve given them 5 stars"

"nice, spacious, clean, great location to all things historic in the Fan, BUT- bring your own towels! 5 people, 3 days-- 5 towels, 5 washcloths, 2 hand towels- "not sure" more could not be provided - had to do laundry for clean towels daily. not really what we planned to do while in Richmond. Rules lists everywhere! But a nice space in a great neighborhood!"

"We had a wonderful stay here! We traveled from multiple states for a family reunion with four generations of our family, ranging in age from 2 to 89. With 6 adults and 3 children, the home was spacious and comfortable for everyone.Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, plus there's an additional half bath downstairs, which made getting everyone ready so much easier. The dining and living areas had plenty of room for our entire group to gather, and the home was clean and well maintained.We traveled back and forth to Henrico and Glen Allen throughout our three-day stay, and the location made commuting quick and convenient.One of our favorite features was the downstairs bedroom and full bathroom, which was perfect for my grandparents who are unable to use stairs. Check-in was simple and seamless, and our host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.We highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Very clean and tidy space that was very comfortable. It was wonderful to have a parking spot behind the property. Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive. I have said this about other properties elsewhere as well that I do wish the entry way to the building was locked for added security. The apartment had a secure lock but the main entrance did not. Everything was great otherwise. Love the location. It was a lovely visit to a city I’ll always hold close to my heart."
