In the centre of Riva Ligure 8 km from the centre of Sanremo, 15 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 18 km from the centre of Menton, 100 m from the sea. 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 30 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 70 m, bar 30 m, bakery 50 m, bicycle rental 100 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 100 m. Marina 500 m, cycle lane 200 m.
