Unter den Erwartungen
Sieht man sich die Fotos und den Preis an, dann liegt die Unterkunft erheblich unter den Erwartungen:
- abgewohnt
- unangenehmer, abgestandener Geruch
- irgendwelche Möbel einfach reingestellt
- deutlich kleiner als die Fotos vermuten lassen (Glückwunsch an den Fotografen!)
Das Positive ist die Lage direkt am See, die Parkmöglichkeiten am Objekt sowie die Logistik: Die Agentur stellt eine wirklich gelungene Beschreibung, wie man das Objekt findet, wo man parkt, wie die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert usw. Das war hervorragend.

Wohnung am Gardasee in optimaler Lage, aber sehr abgewohnt
Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen und man kommt mit allem zurecht. Balkon, Stellplatz und Fahrradkeller sind gut. Der Gardasee ist natürlich toll.
Aber: die Wohnung macht einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck, Geschirr und Besteck sind äußerst dürftig und abgenutzt, keine Kaffeetassen, keine schönen Gläser, Töpfe ohne Deckel etc.. Küchenlampe und Mikrowelle funktionierten nicht, Matratzen im Kinderzimmer waren durchgelegen, Bettdecken und Sofa könnten eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen oder ausgetauscht werden, der Balkon ist mit Putzzeug und Schrank halb voll gestellt. Das Schloss des Fahrradkellers lässt sich nur mit Mühe und Geschick öffnen. Alles in allem - es lässt sich vieles mit wenig Aufwand verbessern. Nach der Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung waren wir vom "Nicht-Ambiente" enttäuscht, aber wir haben das Beste draus gemacht und uns am Ambiente der Umgebung am Gardasee gefreut.

Super Lage trifft Wohnung die etwas Modernisierung benötigt
Genial sind die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Strand und der zugehörige Parkplatz. Auch mit der Vermittlungsagentur lief alles glatt, ein Defekt der Klimaanlage wurde umgehend repariert. Die Wohnung hat einen guten Schnitt und ist tauglich für eine Familie bei gleichzeitig ruhiger Lage. Dennoch Ist aus unserer Sicht Modernisierung notwendig insbesondere des Bodens, des Bades (v.a. Dusche) und der Küche. Riva hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt wären 3,5 Sterne für uns die geeignete Gesamtbewertung.
La posizione dell'alloggio, a pochissimi passi dal lago e tutti i servizi, lo rende una vera chicca. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il balcone, l'aria condizionata, il posteggio riservato: tutto l'occorrente per una vacanza no stress. Do 4 stelle all'annuncio solo perchè le foto lo fanno sembrare molto più spazioso.
Toll gelegen, zu Fuß in einer Minute am Strand. Wir sind eher die Wanderer, trotzdem haben wir das genutzt. Wer surfen oder sonst viel Wassersport machen will, hat hier die perfekte Wohnung. Die Küche ist sehr klein, es hat einen Backofen, aber keine Spülmaschine und nur zwei Herdplatten. Da kann man sich aber mit arrangieren. Den Balkon haben wir durchgehend genutzt, er liegt im Westen, was bei Hitze natürlich auch praktisch ist.
Die Wohnung ist gut durchdacht, viel Stauraum ...
Es gibt einen überdachten Parkplatz, auf den auch große Autos passen und einen extra Abstellraum unten auf dem Hof, abschließbar, für Sachen, die man nicht in der Wohnung braucht und lieber gleich unten lässt.
Es gab ab Tag drei Ameisen, wir vermuten, dass das ein Problem des ganzen Gebäudes ist. Das nächste Mal würden wir die deutschen Ameisenfallen mitnehmen, so haben wir Backpulver gestreut, das hilft auch. Die Italiener haben nur "Gift".
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
