Located in a residential block without lift, it is a genuine 10-minute walk from the historic centre of Riva del Garda and 5 minutes from the bus station. Although 1-bedroom, it can comfortably accommodate 4 persons thanks to the queen-sized sofa bed. Free Internet, 2 televisions, air conditioning, mosquito nets, free parking until filling up not guaranteed, closed garage on request at 5 euro per day, small balcony. Equipped with new furniture and appliances, completely renovated bathroom with shower, hairdryer and window. Complete with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob with pot set, ironing board, iron, toaster, moka and laundry provided.
