Our stay at MyLago was fantastic—primarily because of the location and the staff. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance and the lakefront/beach (spiaggia dei Pini) is literally two minutes walk from the front door. It is a very nice grassy/rocky beach with beautiful views and lots of benches which is nice for folks who cannot get up and down easily to lay out in the sun. The breakfast was abundant and delicious—really something special. The staff greeted us with smiles and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was onsite right in front of the hotel. Only negative was the air conditioner which struggled to cool the room and needed the help of a ceiling fan to keep the temperature comfortable. Ceiling fan wobbled and was noisy. Room could use updating as well. The manager told us that they have scheduled renovations for November 2024 so I am sure those things will be addressed. But those small negatives certainly don’t outweigh the perfection of the location, the friendliness of the stellar staff, and the value of the outstanding breakfast. Highly recommend!

5 minutes walking to the beach Very friendly and efficient reception Breakfast - typical. The entry to the garage is steep and narrow. Be careful entering and exiting - or maybe try to avoid it at all (the hotel also has a few above the ground spots).

Il personale molto gentile, la stanza pulitissima, la posizione ottima, l’hotel è praticamente sulla lungolago e con 20 minuti di bellissima passeggiata si arriva al centro di Riva. La colazione a buffet eccezionale. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Leider sind aktuell noch Bauarbeiten am Haus. Sonst wäre die Bewertung besser. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht das auszugleichen und gibt sich alle Mühe. Leider ist die Bar auch noch nicht geöffnet. Den Besitzerwechsel sieht man den Gebäude schon an und ist kein Nachteil.
