Quiet location, close to restaurants and shops, lovely walk to lake and centre. Great choice for breakfast and staff are very nice especially on reception.

Great Value
Great stay from the beginning. Very welcoming front desk, room was clean and well taken care of. Nice balcony views of the mountains. Easy 5 min walk to the lake and several restaurants. Historic center is an easy 15 min walk. The breakfast each morning was very good and had a lot of variety. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable with friendly helpful staff.
Hotel is excellent and the pool is lovely. The free bikes are a little ropey and need a service! Would go back.

Zimmer 452 ist am Eck und hat den entsprechenden Eckbalkon. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut zum Laufen/Spazieren am See mit Hund. Der Pool ist sehr schön gelegen mit sehr viel Grün. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Siisti hotelli, eriomainen aamiainen
Hotellin aamiainen oli monipuolinen, todella hyvä. Siistiä sekä yleisissä tiloissa että huoneessa. Uima-allas riittävän kokoinen, aurinkotuolit riittivät mukavasti niitä haluaville. Ainoana hotellin haittapuolena oli se, että huoneen parveke (suurin osa huoneiden parvekkeista?) oli vasten viereisen hotellin parvekkeita/ikkunoita ja allasaluetta. Toisen läheisen hotellin iltaisen äänekkään musiikkijumputuksen takia parveketta tai parvekkeen ovea avattuna ei huvittanut juuri viikon aikana iltaisin käyttää. Rannan läheisyys iso plussa, keskusta-alue hieman kauempana, mutta kävelyetäisyydellä.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder etwas veraltet. Frühstück war ausreichend und es gab eine gute Auswahl. Einzig gefrorene Tomaten und Gurken sollten keinesfalls vorkommen. Der Pool ist sehr ruhig gelegen obwohl das Hotel mittig umgeben von anderen Anlagen liegt. Das sollte man wissen. Es entspricht teilweise nicht ganz den Bildern im Internet, die den Eindruck entstehen lassen, es sei ein freistehendes Hotel mitten im Grünen. Sonst aber top.

Jätte fint hotell, nära till allt. Vi fick terrass med solsängar utan dynor. Jätte bra frukost. Hotellet behöver rensa ur sin trädgård så fler får plats att sitta ute om man vill. Trevlig personal

Die Lautstärke der anderen Gäste war sehr unangenehm. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Zu wenig Steckdosen zum Laden der E-Bikes im Fahrradkeller.

Für Touristen die tagsüber viel unterwegs sind ist das Hotel ok. Für Kinder hat das Hotel kaum was zu bieten. Frühstück immer gleich, keine Abwechslung, eher durchschnittlich. Wasser im Pool extrem kalt. Aber das Hotel liegt recht zentral, was bei den kaum vorhandenen Parkplätzen in der Stadt große Vorteil ist.

Very friendly hotel
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, room was very nice with balcony, facing the lake (hotel is not on the first row, however we could see the lake). Great breakfast (and we are talking Italy)! Big bike cellar.

Sulla struttura ho solo commenti positivi ma il fatto che l'aria condizionata alla reception, bar e zona accoglienza fosse spenta e che fosse quasi inesistente nella camera (24°) durante un weekend caldissimo da 35°, ha fatto sì che il soggiorno non fosse per nulla piacevole. Peccato, perchè per il resto la struttura merita.

Hotel ist etwas älter, aber alles sauber und sehr freundliches aufmerksames Personal! Veganes Frühstück war spitze. Verschiedene Kuchen, frisches Obst, verschiedene Michalternativen, Sojajoghurt und als das Personal gemerkt hat das ich vegan bin, haben sie mir jeden Tag veganen Käse und Wurst zum Tisch gebracht.Jederzeit wieder und zum weiter empfehlen!

Litet och familjevänligt hotell i ett lugnt område. Hotellet hade närhet till både centrum och strand. Trevlig personal och fina rum. Önskar däremot att det funnit en kyl i rummet så man kunde förvara matvaror där då det bara serverades frukost på hotellet. Överlag var vistelsen bra och vi som familj trivdes bra på hotellet.

buona la pulizia della stanza e dei locali, ottima accoglienza e disponibilità del personale. Colazione abbondante e gustosa. Unico neo, la musica lasciata accesa la notte in area reception si sentiva molto nelle stanze al primo piano vicino all'ascensore. È stato comunque sufficiente segnalarlo al personale della reception per risolvere. L'addetto di turno era al suo primo giorno di lavoro e aveva scordato di spegnere la musica. Poco male, hanno risolto subito.

Top Hotel!
Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, am Frühstück fehlt rein gar nichts - alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und wird auch sofort wieder aufgefüllt, top Lage nur max. 5 min. bis zum Strand, einfach nur zum Weiterempfehlen.

Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Der ganze Service ist sehr freundlich und sehr familiär. Von der freundlichen Reception bis zum sauberen Zimmer hat alles gepasst! Ich war nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Camere con terrazzo nuove, molto pulite, ottima colazione (strudel fatto in casa e altri dolci molto buoni fatti in casa), wifi gratuito in camera. Da consigliare per l'ottimo value for money:-)) personale molto disponibile e gentile.
