Good location, Disastrous food

The location is perfect, also the rooms really good. But we booked breakfast and then also included food in the evening. This was a disaster, gnocchi ok, late tuna tasteless, boiled cold potatoes tasteless, fruit cut by a 5 year old. Think it was my worst restaurant visit ever.

Nice but lacking…

Very clean hotel, very simple & modern. We were part of a large family group and all of us had the same experience… not enough towels for all of us in the room even though we paid for each of us to stay there. Then, 3 days in a row, we had to request towels, soap & shampoo as none are given during the daily maid service, and they still didn’t bring us any. We finally gave up! This was a disappointment, especially given how much we paid to stay there. Nice location, nice hotel, wonderful breakfast, but poor in-room service.

Solide aber Ausbaufähig!

Wir hatten eine Woche ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Der Service war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war der Kaffee beim Frühstück oftmals Instant-Kaffee, was ich mir in einem Kaffeeland wie Italien anders vorstelle. Nur auf Nachfrage bekommt man einen guten Kaffee. Das Toilettenpapier als einlagig zu bezeichnen wäre übertrieben, sodass wir am ersten Tag eigenständig Toilettenpapier im nahegelegenen Drogeriemarkt besorgt haben. Das Personal hat allerdings beim Säubern des Zimmers gute Arbeit geleistet. Was hervorzuheben ist, ist dass wir ein Frühstückspaket an der Rezeption erhalten haben, da wir um 4 Uhr morgens abgereist sind. Daneben bietet die Dachterrasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Stadt und den See. Diese ist teils überdacht. Im großen und ganzen ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Kleines nettes Hotel in sehr guter Lage in der Altstadt von Riva. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Öffentliche Parkgarage zu akzeptablen Preisen fußläufig. Einzig: Eine Kaffeebereiter oder Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre fein!

Wunderbar in der Altstadt gelegen. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern.Schöne Einrichtung und schönes Bad. Klimaanlage war vorhanden..Fernseher..Minibar. wir konnten herrlich ruhig schlafen.Das Frühstück im modernen Frühstücksraum mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal ließ keine Wünsche offen.Wir kommen wieder.

Nous avions réservé une suite junior dans un hôtel affichant 4 étoiles (et tarif conséquent). Or les suites sont dans un immeuble annexe, où l’on doit descendre et monter des escaliers pour rejoindre la réception et.l’élévateur. Pas évident avec de lourds bagages. Le personnel a minimisé ce problème avec arrogance. La chambre est sans cachet, meublée de façon basique. Cher et décevant

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Altstadtkern. Dafür war es abends ab 23 Uhr relativ ruhig. Trotz offenem Fenster konnte man gut schlafen. Zum Badestrand hat man etwa 15 Min. fußläufig. Wir hatten unser Auto im Therme-Parkhaus geparkt und in 4 Tagen nicht bewegt ( Fahrräder dabei, für die es im Hotel auch einen Abstellraum gab ). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich suchte einen Friseur und die Receptionistin ist mit mir gegangen und hat mir den Weg gezeigt! Rundum alles gut, nur der Preis von 200 € die Nacht halt nicht ganz ohne! 12 € pro Tag für Parkhaus halte ich wiederum für gerechtfertigt. Jetzt im August mit dem Auto am Gardasee nur früh morgens oder abends. Am besten Auto stehen lassen. Alles andere kostet nur Nerven!
