Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Riva del Garda...die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit einem modernen Bad und überdachter Terasse. Auch auf dem Zusatzbett im Wohnraum schläft man sehr gut. Und es ist einfach und schnell zusammen gebaut, damit tagsüber der Wohnraum frei ist. Sehr nett war die deutschsprachige Betreuung durch Rosanna, sie war immer erreichbar und hatte auch Ausflugs und Restaurantstipps für uns.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und allgemein in Riva war wunderschön. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Allgemein war es ein toller Urlaub.

Schöner langer Aufenthalt

Meine Zeit in diesem Apartment und die nähe zum Gardasee waren wie im Inserat beschrieben. Alles ist zu Fuß einfach und bequem zu erreichen. Besonderst gut war die freundliche und nette Dame (Verwalterin)die mir viele nützliche Tipps zu lokalen Restaurants und Aktivitäten gegeben hat. Beim Problemen konnte man Sie auch immer kontaktieren. Super Service. Wenn ich wieder komme dann gerne wieder in dieses Apartment. Tipps

Fint boende med bra läge

Lägenheten var bra, rent och snyggt och bra läge. 5minuter till stranden och 20 minuters promenad till centrum med mysiga gränder. Värden var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Im Ergebnis große Entäuschung

Leider können wir die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Optisch zwar ansprechend aber extrem hellhörig. Heizung nicht autark regulierbar. Spärliche Ausstattung. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Mietverwaltung und die fußläufige Nähe zum See und auch zum Blue Garden und Stadtzentrum.

Ottima posizione, ma da migliorare

L'appartamento è di buoni spazi, in una posizione molto comoda per muoversi tra la spiaggia dei pini (5 min a piedi, in stradine secondarie) e il centro commerciale, per spesa e provviste. Punto forte della struttura sicuramente, oltre alla posizione, è lo spazio esterno, con zona pranzo coperta dal balcone soprastante, e la possibilità di parcheggio adiacente la proprietà. Peccato che tutti questi punti di forza vengano irrimediabilmente azzerati dalla mancanza di cura nei dettagli e nella pulizia. Bagno e cucina sono da riammodernare, soprattutto la doccia, in cui è presente parecchia muffa per carenza di pulizia. In cucina le stoviglie sono molto vecchie, e purtroppo, anche qui la mancanza di pulizia si fa sentire. La cappa di aspirazione, per esempio, gronda di grasso vecchio. Noi, anche spinti dal fatto che avessimo con noi la nostra bambina di 7 mesi, abbiamo dovuto pulire a fondo la casa prima di poterla rendere quantomeno "agibile". Peccato, poiché potrebbe essere una buonissima struttura.

Super Wohnung!

Riva ist eine schöne Stadt - die Wohnung ist super sauber und liegt fünf Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch ein Shopping Center mit Supermarkt ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt. In das Zentrum der Altstadt geht man ca 15 Minuten. Das kann man direkt am Strand entlang tun und hat gleichzeit eine schöne Aussicht auf den See. Mit dem Schiff kann man super Torbole oder Limone erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Schicke Wohnung direkt am See und doch in ruhiger Lage. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist gleich um die Ecke. Große Terrasse und gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Nice flat in handy location

Brilliantly located apartment close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Plenty of room for family of three (one on sofa bed) with lovely views of the mountains from the patio. Hassle free booking , check in and departure.

Schönes Objekt in guter Lage, jedoch sehr laut

Nicht zurecht kkamen wir mit dem Lärm, der rundherum gemacht wird. Morgens wie Abends sind lautstarke Unterhaltungen und unentwegtes Möbelrücken überhaupt nicht schön. Der Lärm von den öffentlichen Mülltonnen und der Tiefgarage/Keller kommt noch hinzu. So laut habe ich noch nie für soviel Geld gewohnt. Lärm ensteht im und um das Haus ab 7 Uhr morgens bis 24 Uhr abends. Sehr schade!
