The location of Ambassador Suite is perfect for walking to the lake, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the use of free bikes to get around. The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety.

Ambasador Suite Hotel Riva del Garda

Great hotel, convinient location, walking distance to the city center, friendly staff and more. Provide a buffet breakfast every morning, bar open daily, outside pool, and bicycles.We were very satisfied. 😀❤

Everything was wonderful from the perfect location close to everything walking distance to restaurants, delicious breakfast included in the hotel and many things to choose from, the staff was very kind and helpful and made us feel so welcomed. The hotel has its own parking lot which was perfect for our rental car. We stood in the suit which had amazing panoramic views of the mountains and the lake. Overall we had a wonderful stay. There is a laundry room in the basement you can use for a 3 euros fee per washer and dryer.

The hotel was way better than our expectation, polite staff - manager, admin , kitchen staff as well as house keeping , very helpful.Location is excellent, 100 meters to the beautiful beach , easily accessible via foot or bicycle that hotel provided for free!! Reasonable and nice restaurants around and ferry links close by . Peaceful and not crowded ( we went first week April ) Overall excellent stay and would love to go back there again - big thanks to hotel Ambassador 🙏🙏

Crowded but free rental bikes.

Pool was crowded and lots of loud kids. Almost impossible to find a available sunbed. Plus for free rental bikes. Should not be allowed to have toys and mattresses in the pool.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Begrüßungsdrink. Zimmer im 4. Stock mit Bergblick und in den Hotelgarten. Lage etwas abseits, die Altstadt ist aber fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer war sehr sauber, top ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher und Kaffee/Tee sowie Begrüßungswein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich mit Eierspeisen, Kuchen, Brötchen und allem was man so braucht. Die Bar ist fast immer geöffnet. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos vorhanden. Eine Parkgarage steht auch zur Verfügung, diese haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt. Die Junior Suite Romantik hat ein rundes Bett und eine Badewanne mit leichtem Sprudel im Zimmer. Außerdem eine Infrarotkabine, die besonders an kalten Tagen schnell wärmt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt mit gutem Service.

Este hotel fica a poucos minutos da praia em Riva del Garda. As instalações são modernas e confortáveis. O atendimento é excelente. Acho que a classificação de 3 estrelas deveria ser alterada para 4, porque ele se assemelha à categoria superior. Piscina e jacuzzi excelentes! Café da manhã maravilhoso! Recomendo!

Ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt. Einziger Kritikpunkt… Für Poolhandtücher eine Leihgebühr zu bezahlen ist grundsätzlich ok, aber nicht, wenn es für die eigenen Handtücher keine Trocknungsmöglichkeiten wie ein Balkon etc. gibt.

Et ret mærkeligt værelse, når man kommer som familie. Lignede en elskovsrede fra midt 80'erne Rund seng, spejl på væg ved seng, glasvæg ud til badeværelset, som forøvrigt var med forskellige farvede diode lamper. Ikke det fedeste sted at tilbringe med sin familie.
