Surrounded by an enchanting Mediterranean garden, this exclusive residence boasts a splendid infinity pool plus spacious and well-equipped terraces overlooking the countryside and the sea, where views extend all the way to Taormina and Mount Etna. Hermosa is a modern villa designed and built in full respect of the environment, availing of eco-friendly technological and building solutions, including solar-thermal and photovoltaic systems, a heating-cooling system and thermal-break aluminium windows. Perfect for relaxing holidays in spaciousness, luxury and comfort, Villa Hermosa stands out for its refined contemporary design. The interiors are split across three levels interconnected by an easy internal staircase. On the ground floor is a super-equipped kitchen and extensive living area with large full-height windows, opening out onto the terraces, garden and swimming pool. On the first floor is the sleeping area with each of the three bedrooms having a patio and private bathroom with shower. On the lower floor, rather, there is a fourth bedroom, again with en-suite with shower, along with an exclusive wellness area with a roomy hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower and fitness area. The fully air-conditioned residence is equipped with only the best comforts: Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, espresso machine and American coffee maker, wine cellar, ice machine, barbecue area and private parking. Yet, Hermosa is also an ideal starting point for setting out on a short drive to the beautiful beach of Fondachello, Taormina, Etna and Catania. Further south are Syracuse, Vendicari and the evocative baroque towns of the Val di Noto.

First Floor: Entrance, 1 double bedroom (180x200 cm) with bathroom-shower, 2 double bedrooms (160x200 cm) with bathroom-shower. Lower Floor: 1 double bedroom (180x200 cm) with bathroom-shower and mini bar, fitness area and wellness area (hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower and bathroom), cellar.



Exterior:

Veranda, terraces, garden, swimming pool, solarium, 1 bathroom (WC and sink), barbecue area with wood oven and dining area.



Additional notes:

- In a reserved area of the property lives a young couple who discreetly and professionally take care of the maintenance of the house, the garden and the pool.



- The swimming pool and wellness area (hot tub, emotional shower and relaxation area) can be used freely.

For the sauna and Turkish bath, it is necessary to notify the staff on site 3 hours in advance.

This Villa is Amazing!!! We could not have asked for better hosts, since they provide two. Anton was always there to assist us with the pool, sauna, and anything else about the property. He is such a friendly kind soul. And Gianluca always had a recommendation or guidance about Sicily & answers to all our questions. Even found/provided yoga mats when I asked if the property had any. Our group consisted of 3 couples & and the house was a dream.
