    A long unpaved path leads to Tangerine House by the sea, nestled in a lemon grove and offering a direct view of the sea. The house is part of a farmhouse consisting of two adjacent but independent apartments that can be rented separately.
    This single-level apartment consists of: a kitchen, a living room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, a bedroom, and a private bathroom; a terrace with chairs, a table, lounge chairs, an umbrella, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.

    It features Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a hi-fi stereo, a washing machine, a microwave, an electric oven, and more.
    A private path of about 100 metres leads down to the beach at Praiola.
    All ancillary services are included (cleaning upon arrival and departure, utilities, towels, and bed linens, etc.)
    Free private shaded parking for two cars.
    THE WATER IS NOT DRINKABLE, but you will find an initial supply of 6 bottles of mineral water.

Beautiful h

We spent a fantastic week in an absolutely magical place between flowering lemon trees with views of Etna and the sea, and a short walk to the beach. The host was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Main sights around the area are easy to reach by car. We will come again!

Parfait pour un séjour reposant Au calme au milieu d' un champ de citronniers, donne directement sur la mer par un petit chemin.Petit maison mitoyenne mais calme assuré La maison est plutôt rustique, complément conforme au photo et tres agréable d'avoir tout le nécessaire (il y a des parasol et même les appareil antimoustique, vraiment comme une maison de vacances, c'est parfait)Nos hôtes sont adorables et la communication a toujours était très efficace Un vrai bout de paradis pour dormir avec le bruit des vagues Pour les précisions logistique, voiture indispensable, type suv /surélevé nécessaire, l'eau n'est pas potable mais il y a de quoi a la maison en attendant les coursesDes choses merveilleuses a voir dans le coin et vraiment une semaine enchanteresse Nous recommandons et y retournerons certainement

Идеальное место для тех, кто ищет спокойный отпуск. Дом чистый и комфортный со всем, что вам нужно, чтобы вы чувствовали себя как дома. Нам понравилось пространство на открытом воздухе ( дом на два входа,задний двор) и мы проводили там почти все время! Удивительное расположение - в трёх минутах ходьбы от пляжа, море видно с террасы ,на которой можно ужинать под звёздами,слыша шум моря. С террасы видны восходы солнца! Розарио - удивительный хозяин. Он был очень коммуникабельным.Наш прием был потрясающий, это лучший хозяин,которого когда либо мы встречали. Забрал нас с аэропорта ( ночной перелёт),помог с багажом ,утром принес гостинец ( очень приятно) и предложил поехать в магазин ( так как отдаленно от дома,а мы были без арендованного авто). Очень заботливый, очень отзывчивый и терпеливый! Огромная благодарность Розарио! На третий день мы обнаружили в шкафу ласты, маску,доску,обувь на камни) очень понравилось! Вы будете под хорошей опекой со стороны хозяина. Вы будете на безлюдном чистом пляже, восход солнца будет только для вас! Дом прохладный и комфортный! Рекомендуем от чистого сердца желающим спокойного отдыха!
