"Enough parking, free breakfast, and very close to White Water are the benefits. Not very clean, old rooms with very low ceiling."

"The room was clean and had a walk in shower! The mattresses need upgrading to not be bouncy and the pillows are too thick! The ice machines were on 2nd and 3rd floor, but 2nd floor was out of order. The staff could have informed us if that at check in. Glad they had an elevator. The satellite kept messing up off and on, but otherwise all was good."

"The room was very spacious and had a refrigerator, microwave and nice bathroom area. There were only 2 things we did not really like(which are small). The tv was not very loud and the room was very humid. When we would come in from the day, the room was very wet and sticky feeling. The sheets would be damp and our clothes would feel wet in the morning. But other than that, it was a pretty nice stay."

"It is an older facility they are trying to keep up. Our room was a handicapped roll in shower room. They had made over the bathroom but should have put an additional floor drain in outside of the actual shower, and a longer tube on the hand-held shower head, as well as a holder closer to the height of the horizontal grab bar for it. Staff were friendly and handled our issues quickly and with a smile. The breakfast was okay we only got there a couple of times during our stay. It was the basics - scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, 1 waffle maker, cereal, juice, milk, canned fruit mixed together in a bowl in the fridge, bread, bagels, English muffins 1 - 4 slice toaster."

"Staff was great. Helpful and friendly. The pool that they feature in their ad on hotels. Com is not the pool that we saw on property. Beds were uncomfortable and no 24 hour access to the office. Our keys stopped working and we called the number on the door. They opened our room but didn’t fix the problem. The property is close to many attractions."
