"The hotel is unique with lots of charm. Staff was helpful and we enjoyed our stay. However, we did not realize that we were going to be in the middle of a three day wedding event at the hotel, which did result in parts of the hotel being unavailable to regular guests at times. In the future, that would have been nice to know so we could have made plans accordingly. We loved the view from the porch of Lake Chautauqua and appreciated the staff’s extra efforts to make our stay comfortable."

"The listing was accurate and the property was exceptional and clean. Great location with direct view of Lake Erie. Walkable beach and trail along creek that’s behind cottage. Cottage was comfortable and well stocked. Pet friendly. Great place to relax and 2nd cottage next door for larger groups. Overall, great place."
