    "This was our second stay at the 15 Keys and it definitely lived up to the first! So for a sequel, it finished strong. Staff goes above and beyond, rooms are spotless and well appointed, breakfasts are delicious, tea time is a perfect pick me up. We love this little hotel, the neighbourhood, and all around general vibe. Highly recommended!"

    "The property was very old. The front door of the hotel doesn’t work. We have to go through the side door. Our room’ carpet. It’s very dirty.. My kid took a bath in the bathtub, but when the water filled it up the bathtub, there are bugs floating up and there are hairs came out of the drain. Room service doesn’t start until 7 am which is different from all the five star hotels we used to stay in with 24 hours from service. For the price, they’re charging me 8k for 5 nights for a deluxe trip..."
