It was comfortable. Outlets need replaced. Need more towels and pillows. Overall we weren't very impressed.

The property was nice, lots of things to do for everyone. However the shipwreck water park wasn’t included you have to pay for that separately. Also, be prepared to pay additional resort fees at the property.

Nice nights stay . Good bar but a little out of way for downtown

I love the stay. It was very clean and the staff very friendly. My only suggestion is that benches should be placed out side for people who want to sit outside. But otherwise it was a great experience.

Housekeeping staff should be more careful with the rooms halls. This Hotel is new and already has signs of scratch walls (due to the use of HSKP cars) and cracked door frames. The cleaning of the room is very superficial, I believe there has been instructions to not touch the guests properties and this complicates the cleaning process. But, they do provide supplies. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it is a shame if it is not taken care. The Breakfast buffet area needs better attention. I know for now it is complementary but when in charge... Please, provide sufficient supplies and that refills of food, juices, supplies and waffle mix ... At times there were more than 4 different things missing from the buffet and we had to hop from one room to another to complete my breakfast. Pool area was very nice, but there is no control over linen used, this represent losses to
