"The property seemed ok, the room was clean when we arrived. No maid service unless your stay is longer than seven days. They will replace the towels if you bring them to the front desk . The last night of our stay they had no hot water, when I went to the front desk to tell them about, they told the reason that the Boiler went out. They said they could not transfer us to another room or comp the room for that night because we booked the room through Expedia. That we would have to get ahold of them to be compensated for the room for that night. The front desk did not work with us in anyway "

"Overall the stay was okay. The beds were VERY comfy. Just beware, It’s a very busy area. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine. We were originally placed on the roundabout side…awful!! The bed sheets had hairs inside and there were Loud cars gearing all into the evening. They have ear plugs, not much help. Then our shared door room neighbors became intimate and we could hear everything. Awful. At 10:30PM we requested to switch rooms. Thankfully they moved us to the pool side. Much better. No hairs in the bed, not near as loud. There is no coffee, but the MOST cutest coffee spot is a quick walk down the road, Java Joes. Such kind service too! The hotels restaurant food was okay. The Velveta cheese in any meal…Nasty. The HH drinks were good though. "

"The gym was small and lacked equipment, which was a bit disappointing. However, the room itself was spacious and maintained at a perfect temperature. The bed, unfortunately, was too firm for my comfort. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly, and I felt very safe throughout my stay thanks to visible security before accessing the elevators. The bathroom was beautiful, and the room offered a beautiful view, with blackout curtains. Overall, I’m giving this stay four stars instead of five, mainly due to the uncomfortable bed. That said, the property is well maintained, and the team truly made a great impression. The upstairs restaurant was a highlight offering breathtaking mountain views along with excellent food and wine. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Sandia. I just wish the bed had been a bit more comfortable."

"I have been staying here for years and it is in need of updating. The morning breakfast is pretty good and people seem to enjoy it. The side next to I25 is noisy.."
