Hotel rooms are clean and quite lovely, gym is quite disappointing, tiny, hot, windowless, surprised and disappointed!
My biggest issue was check-in! Kelly was quite arrogant and rude, shocked that this was our first impression..not impressed…after that staff has been wonderful and hotel is quite nice!
