Super clean . Location is further away from touristy area but fpr the price you get quiet crispy clean place , big size room where you can have a good rest. One negative ia no elevator so you have to drag your bags upstairs . In my case reception person was so helpful he even brought my bags upstairs . I was happy with my stay there

We loved our stay here. The hotel is located right off the designer shopping district. We had a short walk from the metro( albeit uphill ) to the hotel. We had a spacious suite with a view of the city. Its a leisurely 15m walk to the city center where restaurants and shopping abound. This week-long trip coincided with my wife's birthday The day of her birthday we planned to get a bottle of wine on our walk back to the hotel, but the stores were closed. Imagine our surprise when, upon returning to our room, we found waiting for us champagne on ice, sparkling water, and something under a silver platter, which I declined to tamper with. I called the front desk to inform them of the apparent mistake, only to find out they research which guests will be experiencing a birthday during their stay, and send them a surprise! I now felt safe to uncover the dish (red velvet layer cake) and opened the envelope recognizing my wife's birthday, and thanking us for choosing their hotel. Best stay ever!

Had such a great stay here! Huge thanks to the staff and management for such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was genuinely friendly and always happy to help with anything. We were even checked in early at no extra charge, which was a really nice touch after travelling. The complimentary bottled water and port wine were a lovely surprise too. Location is spot on, couldn’t have asked for better. Overall just a superb experience. It honestly makes me want to come back to Lisbon again and this will definitely be my first choice to stay… unless it somehow becomes way too expensive! Highly recommend.

Our breakfast was not included in our booking however, we purchased breakfast at their restaurant and it was good. The scramble eggs were a litte too runny for our likings but, it's probably our fault for not specifying how we wanted them cook. Overall, good food and great staff.
