Arroyo City Waterfront - 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms -Downriver Location

  • 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom well kept waterfront home on the Arroyo Colorado. Large covered outside porch with tables and chairs, gazeebo, and dock with "stadium" fishing lights. Excellent night fishing off the dock. High speed WIFI, 65'' Smart TV with Roku, full kitchen, charcoal BBQ, washer/dryer, central AC. Two car garage now available to all renters for easy loading/unloading and additional trailer parking. Also in the garage is a extra fridge and a deep freezer.

    Located near the end of the road near boat ramp and allows quick and easy access to fishing on the Lower Laguna Madre. Enjoys gorgeous views of Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge located directly across the river. 5-10 boat ride to mouth of river from the dock, 1.5 miles from boat ramp. Maximum capacity is 8 guests.
