Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel.

The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort Panama, Autograph Collection
The first room they gave us was dirty and had a dead roach on the floor. Also didn’t have hot water. The second room was cleaner but still water was not hot and room had very poor lighting. Shower head has to be replaced as it splashes everywhere except directly down. Pool areas were nice.

We wish we could have had time to use the spa, but not on this trip. The property was stunning, the pools were perfect, the complimentary happy hour was a very pleasant surprise, the food at Fuego was amazing, the complimentary breakfasts were the best among the 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip. ...

Hotel Coclé
This is a lovely hotel. The pool is wonderful, the rooms are good, the food is excellent and the staff our outstanding. It's a real treat. It's also close to everything. I highly recommend it for your stay in Penonome.
