"Beautiful view, beautiful property, well maintained roads to travel around by car to La Fortuna etc. Host was incredible, immediately responsive to any questions and resolved any issues within an hour. Excellent communication and suggestions, walkable to a beautiful coffee shop with a lake view, and a couple "sodas" My only comment would be if you are traveling with pets and intend to leave them while you visit attractions, it can be pretty warm in the house. There is a fan and a portable water based air conditioner but it still was pretty warm during the heat of the day. But it was a wonderful fun little place."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Kevin, Eris, and all the other staff we met were so kind, so helpful, and so interested in sharing Costa Rica’s incredible culture and experiences. We had the resort mostly to ourselves for the first couple of days, which felt like such a privilege, but even when it filled back up, the experience was just as amazing. I’d recommend La Mansion to anyone traveling to Costa Rica!"

"Lost Iguana Resort & Spa exceeded every expectation. The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush rainforest with incredible views of Arenal Volcano right from the balcony. Waking up each morning with a cup of Costa Rican coffee overlooking the volcano was unforgettable. What truly made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making my visit memorable. A special thank you to Diego, Yader, Daniel, and Pamela for their outstanding hospitality and kindness throughout my stay. They made me feel right at home. If you’re visiting La Fortuna, I can’t recommend Lost Iguana Resort & Spa enough. Beautiful property, breathtaking views, amazing food, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to come back!"

"My family and I had a great stay here! JP and his associates welcomed us and made us feel at home. Complimentary breakfast was great and the other meals were delicious. The room itself was great given you are in the jungle, so there was no a/c and typical sugar ants but nothing unexpected. The pool and the views were gorgeous. The hot tub was down while we were there but it wasn’t missed. We took advantage of the Lake Tour and La Tia’s massage services which were both worth the money. We traveled to La Fortuna and used a shuttle service that picked us up right from the hotel. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is amazing. Beautifully maintained throughout and so many things to explore. Our private room was amazing with such a spectacular view and privacy. Service is top level and we highly recommend this place for romantic trip or family holiday."

"Our family of four had the most wonderful week long stay! The host, Patrick, had the best recommendations and arranged all of our adventures. He made everything completely seamless and easy and was better than a travel agent! We all loved the beautiful house and all the details that included hand painted tiles, rock work, hand carved doors and beds, arched doorways, and hand painted sinks. The view could not be better of Arenal volcano and the lake and the mountains. We saw toucans and parakeets every day as well as beautiful hummingbirds of different varieties. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi every night. To top everything off, breakfast was truly delicious every single day with homemade smoothies, fresh fruits, eggs, meats, and waffles, French toast, or pancakes every day. Sometimes potatoes or rice and beans as well. We could not have asked for better anywhere! I hope we are able to return soon!"
