Although it’s usually student accommodation, they absolutely make it feel like a proper hotel experience during stays. The whole place was spotless, modern, and really well maintained. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.     "I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside..."

    "The the bed was really comfortable. Nice private space. Great location. The apartment could do with a bit of TLC around the kitchen. The shower pressure was the worst I've ever come across. At some stages it was just a dribble of water. I did highlight this at reception but it didn't improve. There was a horrible pungent smell in the room and it was coming from the bathroom. The bathroom was consistently damp and the shower was slow to drain so I'd say that was the issue. "
