The breakfast buffet was great. The lady overseeing it did a fantastic job. My big complaint is that the hotel sez it is pet friendly. You get there and $75.00 is added to your bill. That is deceptive and should be spelled out. I was upset to say the least.

Overall everything was good but the doors and floors are thin and you can hear anything dropped on the floor or when the door is slammed shut.

The room was so clean and nice loved it only thing need to point is there is no microwave in the room which was disappointing but overall everything is great.

Disappointed
I was disappointed. Expected more out of something with the Hilton name. It was like a it was like a dorm room. The shampoo soap dispensers in the bathroom were difficult to use no tissue in the tissue container., one of the lights was out in the bathroom. Very close to the highway. Curtain did tend to muffle the highway noise

The hotel itself was modern and had a nice pool. The room could have been cleaner since I found a hair by the shower. The one major complaint I had was that the highway traffic noise was very loud! I couldn’t sleep because of it. We had an even numbered room so I would recommend getting an odd numbered room facing the front of the hotel(entrance side).

Don’t bring your dog! $75 pet unfriendly fee
The hotel was nice and modern but don’t go there with your dog. They charge a hidden $75 pet fee. Hotels.com shows they are pet friendly and have you pay online but do not disclose the high $75 pet fee on their website. The hotel should also have a sign at the check in desk.

Shower clogged and overflowed into floor and not able to finish shower that morning. Not offered another room to shower. When brought to management they blamed me for clogged shower. WIll never stay at another. Very disappointed in customer service with how they handled the situation.

There was water in the elevator that should’ve been cleaned up. Also, the breakfast was so so. Other than that the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
