This is the starting point for the national tourist route Rondane. The location of the house south of the Rondane massif offers countless hiking opportunities and excellent excursion destinations. Experience magnificent nature and beautiful mountain trails near Lake Flak on a hike on Svartfjellrunden. From the top of Svartfjell you have a fantastic view of Rondane. But the highlight of this area is the Rondane National Park. You can hike to one of the peaks of the Rondane massif, across mountain plateaus and wide open spaces, explore waterfalls and gorges, see tracks of reindeer or visit a mountain pasture.
