It’s not there yet for a 5 star status. The hotel staff does not seem very warm and interested to be working there. The facilities are just meh. We stayed at W for 4 nights and that place is just great hospitality and facilities and location. May be SLS can take some inspiration from them. Also SLS is far from the main areas of Barcelona and there is not much to do close by to this Hotel. Overall they really need to step up to be a 5 star house.

"A lovely hotel in a castle filled with history. Beautiful views from the top. Friendly staff and very well kept. We hadn't got a car but you definitely need one. Our friends picked us up daily.
