Relax with the whole family at this peaceful location on one of the safest streets in Rincon. Villa Avalon is located right on the ocean with spectacular views of the sunset. Each of the spacious 5 bedrooms has recently been remodeled with their own separate bathroom, TV's, and AC. Dinner table for 8 guests. Electric gated private parking for added security. Luxurious Spanish courtyard with fine woodwork, 25 ft indoor palm trees located inside the house, and relaxing balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Full size kitchen with Livingroom. Available local activities include fine dining, surfing, snorkle, scuba, jetski, fishing, beaches, kayaking, and more. We are located within 5-10 minutes of the town plaza. Hi speed internet (1000 mbps) is provided throughout the house for those who wish to remain connected to work.
