I like the restaurant in the area, the attractions, shopping areas. I didn't like the hotel's room, the TV didn't work, no hot water in the shower, low water pressure in the shower.

I liked the area, it was a cute place but what I didn’t like was the noise, music late at night from the restaurant/bar area, the water pressure in the shower was very bad, and they should have conditioner to put in hair after you shampoo for people with long hair.

We loved the walkable distance to the beach and the excellent food all around the property. The staff were friendly and extremely engaging and helpful for all of our needs. We cannot wait to return again soon! Adam

Good location. Able to walk to several nearby beaches. Close to Sandy beach where they had beach chairs and umbrellas to rent for the day and surfboard rental. Hotel was clean and nearby bar had great music.

Staff was great, Jerry the security checked us in, and answered all questions we had, and the next day met David, where he was also very helpful with recommendations. The room was clean and stocked with proper toiletries. There was parking, and a restaurant right across the street. Didn’t use the pool, but there was one available, and the beach was only a 3 minute walk. Def a spot worth checking out:)

I loved the location but the pool was dirty, the outside bars were not open. The Big Kahuna was fun though. I probably will not return although the staff was very friendly.

The property is very nice and though it is secluded it is close to many places to eat, shop and surf. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the surroundings businesses. You ask them what you are looking for and they will let you know where to get it. My wife and I love our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

The room doesn’t have a comforter. The sofa is not a bed/sofa, and the sofa neither had a comforter or a pillow for the third person (our daughter) the pool was imposible, the water was cold as fridge water. There is no bar neither in the pool or in the lobby, looks abandoned. The hotel is great by the location… but the beach is not safe.

It is a great stay in Rincon. The restaurant on property is great. No hot tub as advertised but otherwise will prob stay there again next year.

If you get a room adjacent to the bar/restaurant, which is popular with locals, you will be up until it closes due to the noise. They stay open until 2am on weekends. The pool areas look rundown, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in some time.

Good holiday weekend stay
Great family trip. Check in was late and security guard was there to help us check in without a problem at 10:30pm. Walking distance to beach. Music was loud, but it was New Years party.
