Our apartment is very bright, it is well located, Playa del Centro 7 min walk (450 mts.) Close to supermarkets 5 min walk and shops in general. It is located in the center and only 20 minutes from Malaga by bus/taxi/car
One step away from: Nerja, Frigiliana, Marbella, Gibraltar, Seville, Córdoba, Granada and Sierra Nevada.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment is lovely and very spacious with the addition of the outside terrace with seating, and it is exactly as it appears on the photos On arrival the apartment was spotlessly clean and it has all the facilities/items that you need during your stay, definitely home from home plus the additional items for the beach, If you do not want to travel to the beach, then the pool and surrounding pool areas is lovely and very peaceful.The communication throughout from initial queries, during the booking process, before our arrival and during our stay was absolutely fantastic, with continued communication providing additional details (maps, bus timetables, suggestions) The check in was simple but also so detailed with information from Claudio and Patricia regarding the details required for checking in online beforehand and details to access to apartmentWe would definitely stay at the apartment again and would recommend this to others including family and friends if staying in the Rincon areaThanks again to Claudio and Patricia for a lovely stay :-)

Modern, very clean and well equipped apartment

Patricia and Claudio are lovely generous people, thank you both very much for looking after us! The apartment is modern, air conditioned, has excellent WiFi and is very well equipped (first one we've ever stayed in that has a spaghetti server!). It also has a decent sized balcony and a separate utility room for washing and airing clothes. The beds are really comfortable and I had really good restful sleeps. The pool is superb. A really good size and set in spacious and private grounds. The only downside for us was the location. I know another reviewer has already mentioned this, but we didn't appreciate just how steep the steps and road were. We didn't want to use a car to get to and from the beach or town as we prefer to walk and like to have a beer or two. Walking down isn't too bad, and a taxi back will cost you 6 or 7 Euros, so it wasn't a show stopper. Just be prepared - walking back is definitely not for the faint hearted.

Lovely apartment in a residential area.

Very well equipped .We were there on business / pleasure for a month. The area is rather hilly but the local bus stops outside the entrance if you don’t fancy the exercise. The beach is about 10 mins walk. There is an extensive walk or cycle path the whole way to Malaga.

Fantastique!!!!

Notre fantastique, séjour chez Claudio et Patricia était génial. L 'appartement parrait neuf on dirait qu ' on est les premiers, toutes les instalations neuves et tres propres. C est une région tres calme , plage, piscine avec toutes les commodités et services souhaités: restaurants, bares, promenades, jolies balades au bord de la mer en famille ou en couple. On a beaucoup aimé et surement on retournera avec un grand plaisir. Tres recommodé de notre part.

Excelente alojamiento . Pasamos unos días muy lindos en familia, disfrutando de la pileta y la cancha de tenis. Los dueños nos pasaron a buscar por el aeropuerto y nos llevaron cuando nos fuimos. El departamento es muy cómodo e igual de bello que en las fotos. Sin dudas volveremos!!!

Schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung!!

Schöne und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit moderner Einrichtung. Die zusätzlichen Ausstattungen wie grosser Pool und Tennisplätze machen das Apartment perfekt für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam. Habe auch schon mehrmals andere Apartments von der Familie gebucht und wurde noch nie enttäuscht!! Freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal!!
