Shower/WC in the pool area, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sun terrace, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop, supermarket 800 m, shopping centre 1 km, bakery 800 m, bus stop "walking distance" 300 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
