A nice hotell at a very good place with very friendly staff. The general interior is medioker and the beds very hard and cheap. But I enjoied the stay and sleeped quite well.

Terrible experience

They tried to hold my passport until checkout. (Not just take down my information) when I refused they kicked me out. I called the police who came and told him he couldn’t keep my passport overnight, but by that point he had been aggressive and I didn’t feel safe there. I stayed at a different hotel.

The property is an absolute waste of money. Terrible experience. Worst ever staff and on top of that rude and aggressive manager. You will be charged 8€ extra for air conditioner remote because as per the manager even if you book a room with air conditioner, you will have to pay 8€ extra for remote or to switch it on. We were also refused breakfast buffet even after paying extra for the breakfast at the time of booking. On top of that the owner is extremely rude and aggressive and will make sure he takes every step to insult and humiliate you. He even lies, put blame for small things as asking coffee from him (paid ofcourse) when his staff fails to understnd our request. According to him he is some God who can't be approached directly by the customers. Most welcome to book it for aweful, insultful and terrible experience

Hotellets läge var jättebra, nära till stad och strand. Det fanns AC och frukost, dock kostade detta extra och var ganska dyrt. Vi valde att ha AC 5 av 6 nätter, men struntade i frukosten då det var billigare att köpa på närmsta bar. Rummet städades dagligen, men inte så noggrant upplevde vi. Vi hade bokat ett economy rum och väntade oss inget flådigt, men vi hade nog aldrig kunnat vänta oss en så otroligt hård säng som vi hade. Efter första natten frågade vi om det var möjligt att byta rum med en bättre säng, men fick då veta att alla sängar i alla rum var likadana. Men utöver det var hotellet vad vi väntat oss och funderade bra att bo i för ett par dagar! Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam.

スタッフは親切。 玄関とエレベーターまで数段の階段があり重い荷物を持ち上げるのは大変。エレベーターはイタリアでは当たり前か狭い。レストラン、海も近く便利。

Hôtel à éviter et personnel horrible

Nous vous déconseillons vivement cet hôtel pour les raisons suivantes : - chambre double petite (pas de place pour ouvrir des valises) - salle de bain ridiculement petite et mal équipée - mobilier et literie vieillots - personnel de l'hôtel horrible : le staff de l'hôtel contrôle si les clients entrent avec de la nourriture et fouille les sacs déposés en consigne. - le staff de l'hôtel est malpoli et ne respectent pas les clients : musique à fond en plein après midi à la réception de l'hôtel. TV à plein volume le soir pour regarder les matchs de foot - petit déjeuner :tout est industriel et sans goût. Très peu de choix. - les clients n'ont pas le droit de manger leur petit déjeuner en dehors de la salle. - quartier très bruyant dû à la proximité avec d'autres hôtels. Du bruit toute la nuit. Au final très mauvaise expérience sur ce séjour, le staff devrait se remettre en question et se rendre compte du peu de services proposés par rapport au prix demandé.

Zamiana na Alibi hotel

Jeszcze przed przylotem dostałam e-maila że dostaniemy pokój w ich innym hotelu - Alibi. Ta zamiana wyszla nam na dobre, byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z Alibi hotel, dobra lokalizacja, odnowiony, pyszne śniadania.

Nido d'amore a Rimini

Siamo stati 9 giorni in un ottima struttura con una buona posizione , vicinissimo ad una S.P.A. Ogni Camera e dotata di bagno privato, aria condizionata un buon letto, cassa forte e un armadio , aveva solo un fenestra per fare entrare un po' di aria e luce. Cmq abbiamo scelto la camera doppia small che era anche la più economica. Per la colazione la Consiglio vivamente, molto abbondante e varia sie dal Dolce al Salato. Un ottima permanenza per la nostra vacanza a Rimini

La pulizia della camera era quasi nulla...non dico che dovevano farci il letto, ma almeno spazzare e lasciare una pedana fin dal primo giorno è non dall’ultimo giorno, la colazione era a buffet con ogni ben di dio

Our stay was for 3 days. 1. The Hair dryer was pathetic and unfunctional. 2. The Ac remote was not handed over until next day. 3. The phone from room to reception was not getting connected and no proper instructions on it were mentioned. 4. When windows were opened , all mosquitoes came inside the room. 5. We had a double bed ,the mattress were separate and single bed joined together. It was absolutely uncomfortable. 6.Reception counter was good still. 7.breakfast was nice

Cena adekwatna do jakości. Bardzo czyste miejsce, ze świetna likalizacją. Śniadania ok., choć z rzeczy nieslodkich był jedynie chleb tostowy, ser żółty i jeden rodzaj szynki.
