Pulizia pessima, solo due volte in nove giorni. Asciugamani non sempre puliti e forniti solo su richiesta. Il servizio notturno affidato a personale non all'altezza. Colazione appena passabile. Molto male complessivamente.

Arrivati all’hotel abbiamo subito pensato che non fosse male poiché è super vicino alla spiaggia! Quando ci siamo trovati in reception abbiamo capito che qualcosa non sarebbe andato (il personale non sapeva nemmeno cosa doveva fare), arriviamo in camera (quadrupla), grossa quanto il bagno di casa mia, nei letti troviamo della sabbia (parecchia sabbia), che sta a significare che la camera non era stata pulita e la biancheria del letto non era stata cambiata dagli ospiti precedenti, sul pavimento polvere ovunque, grumi di capelli, UN DISASTRO! Il bagno tutto sommato era abbastanza confortevole (grosso forse quanto la stanza), non troppo pulito, ma con box doccia, la cosa più grave è che mancava lo “scopettino” del water! Colazione a buffet, dalle ore 8 alle ore 10, alle 9 meno 10 non c’era già più nemmeno una briciola! Tutto deludente, non ve lo consiglio!

Arnaque

L'hôtelier nous a changé d'hôtel pour libérer notre chambre réservée depuis des mois car il avait la possibilité de prendre un groupe si il nous éjectait, il nous a placé dans son 2ème hôtel, chambre minuscule avec passage de train de voyageurs et marchandises 24h/24. Malgré coup de tél à expédia pdt voyage, pas de réaction de l'hôtelier, aucune proposition de compensation financière ou d'excuse. Le mail de plainte envoyé à Expédia à notre retour n'a à ce jour pas encore eu de réponse.

MASSIMO 2 STELLE

è un 3 stelle ma in realtà gliene darei 2, abbiamo prenotato una camera per 4 persone e non avevamo spazio per girarci, un letto a castello senza scaletta dove per salirci dovevamo darci uno slancio dal letto matrimoniale (nonostante avessimo chiesto un letto a castello e due singoli). faccio colazione per 2 mattine alla terza mi dicono che nella mia prenotazione non era inclusa (mi scuso e chiedo di pagare ma loro cortesemente non vogliono i soldi) ma quando mi ritiro a casa vedo che era inclusa e gratuita.
