The staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, kind and helpful. The facilities and the room were excellent. The only drawback was weak wifi in the room and I had to use my hot spot on my phone to access adequate wifi in the room. In spite of that small drawback, I would stay here again.

Extrem nettes Personal. Sehr lieb. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr sauber. Nur der Frühstücksraum könnte vielleicht modernisiert werden, ansonsten wirklich alles top. Super Lage. 1 Minute Fußweg zur Hauptstraße und 5 Minuten ans Meer. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Sentral og fin beliggenhet kort vei til stranden. Litt lite bad men rommet var greit med dobbeltseng og en egen seperat seng. Veldig hyggelig personale og som tar godt imot deg.

Super fint hotel. Vi boede i Rimini, da vi var til Formel 1 i Imola. Hotellet var en super fin base. Vi fik lov at spise morgenmad lidt før tid, så vi kunne nå vores tog en af dagene. Generelt var stabben utroligt venlige og tog god hånd om os. Morgenmaden var ganske fin, og hotellet var fint og rent.

Un albergo da due stelle superiore, non tre. Grave il fatto che al check in la stanza non fosse pronta. Alcune piccole cose da correggere: più oggetti per appoggiare asciugamani in bagno, più grucce. Attenzione al silenzio in corridoio (la stanza 2 d'altronde non si prestava alla totale serenità). Svogliato servizio ai tavoli per la colazione; abbiamo dovuto chiedere sempre ...i cucchiaini.

posto tranquillo in una posizione comoda

Ho scelto questo albergo per la posizione e per il prezzo basso, visto che mi fermavo solo una notte. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, ma comodo anche al Palacongressi (che era la destinazione del mio viaggio)

Overall the hotel is well located in the area, close to all the amenities such as beach and restaurants and shops. The check in was smooth but we weren't allowed to use the hotel parking to discharge our baggages, so we had to quickly take all our suitcases and move the car to a safe parking. The breakfast was good, mostly italian, lots of sweets and fruits, it was at a nearby hotel, every morning so we had to leave keys and go breakfast then go back to the hotel to take our things for the beach, this specific info was not showing on the Expedia description of the hotel nor was communicated to us. The room we had looked very small and bathroom too, we had a balcony which was nice. Bathroom was renovated. Airconditioning was good and we had a safe with a key. In general needs improve cleaning, specially under the bed.

Could be cleaner

Seeing that I used points and special pricing I only paid 25 euros for the room for one night and then you can forgive a lot. But in the end there was a few things to many. Positive + the reception personnel was really friendly and nice the perfect person for the roll. He was fantastic! + the breakfast was at a hotel nearby and it was a typical Italian breakfast. Negative - the shower was icecold no matter how we tried and had no pressure so was impossible to take a shower. - both bedsheets and towels had spots on them that looked like they should go away in the laundry... - Under the bed was a plastic bottle with undefined contents... - both room, bathroom and balcony felt like they could have been cleaner... The fact that we found the bottle made the room feel much more dirty when we first just looked at it like it was dated and rundown... In this time cleanliness is essential and sadly they failed both in giving us opportunity to keep clean (couldn't shower), or makeing us feel like the room was clean (seeing that they clearly hadn't cleaned under the bed.)
