Amazing stay but the owner is an a**hole

The stay itself was fantastic. Great location, nice room with ocean view. Very clean and safe. The staff were so friendly and helpful and kind. But the owner is a compete jerk. I feel bad for the staff. Please stay here and tip the staff and let the owner know he should treat them better. He is a total piece of sh*t

I don’t tend to write reviews though this Hotel definitely deserves one. Was greeted with three people at reception with and incredible warm welcome. I was booked for 8 nights. The hotel is within a 4 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are generous and serviced everyday. Incredibly clean. The breakfast was included and had plenty of options. The aircon was great and so was the bathroom. I highly recommend the Amsterdam Hotel in Rimini !!!! You won’t regret it.

Purtroppo non mi è piaciuto niente per i soldi che avevo speso.... la vista era deprimente, si vedevano solo parcheggi e tetti di altri alberghi, strada trafficata , camera fredda .avevo lasciato la macchina nel garage a 15:00 € a notte e la mattina non si trovava personale per tirarla fuori dal garage. Faceva freddo , la porta automatica è stata chiusa. Dovevamo aspettare la resptionista per aprire una altra porticina di fianco dopo avere finito il checkout di altre persone. E noi aspettavamo fuori al freddo... il codice della chiave della camera veniva spesso cambiato e ci creava disagio per entrare ... Dovevamo scendere dal terzo piano per risolvere il problema.... sicuramente non tornerò mai più ...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider wird kein deutsch gesprochen bzw. sehr wenig. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr lauten, stark befahrenen Straße, schließt man die Fenster hört man nichts. Sitzt man auf den großzügigen Balkon ist es laut. Das Essen ist gut und ausreichend. Der Hund darf leider nicht mit ons Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gegühlt.
