"Elegant, up-to-date property within a fairly easy walk of the train station. Room relatively spacious; comfortable beds. Shower offers only one product: hair-and-body soap. Although the room has a thermostat, it doesn't appear to control the temperature and always returns to the default setting (20 C). Electrical outlets are not convenient for charging devices; no USB ports, so you must use your own charger. Top floor restaurant offers limited but excellent entrees in a spectacular setting, and a large selection of wines. I recommend getting the bread (baguette) and "roasted butter", both uniquely excellent . Breakfast offers a wide and fresh selection."

"We stayed for one night, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, the bathroom was quite small, with limited space to store toiletries and other amenities. The only place to hang towels was on a rail directly above the toilet, which felt somewhat unhygienic and could be improved. Our room was located in the basement, and since there was no elevator, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs was somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast buffet offered a reasonable variety of food options."

"The location is serene. I got to see the Northern Lights just outside the hotel, no chasing:). The staff were very jovial and helpful. Parking was just outside and smile, with car charging stations!"

"The property was very well maintained recently renovated. Room has a nice kitchenette with a big fridge and cook top which was nice so u could make meals if u wanted there. Views were spectacular to see all of Narvik."

"The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accessibility to the slopes was convenient. The internet did go out while I was there, and there were minimal offers to help mitigate my troubles with that. I did not have Swish, which was the only payment accepted. They wouldn't even take cash. In this event, it would be nice to have some things offered free of charge or have the ability to pay with cash. I was not even able to eat lunch one day."
