Great location!

Propert management was wonderful! They had excellent communication on arrival instructions and they were helpful in providing recommendations. Apartment was in a great location and very clean.

top location, fair condition, won't fit families

top location right next to McDonald's/Burger King, however the condition of the property is fair. here and there you can see many signs that this apartment is being heavily used while not getting proper maintenance - spots on the walls, cracks on furniture, malfunctioning door handles, poor paint works, entrance condition etc. this apartment must be totally fine for a short stay for a single person (or with a boyfriend/girlfriend) but one would feel uncomfortable staying longer with a family

Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und etwas gruselig mit Kindern ein Türcode welchen man vorher geschickt bekommt dann von außen und Treppenhaus ziemlich gruselig noch ein schloß innen welches man mit einem weiteren Code öffnen muss um an seinen schlüssel zu gelangen. Dann noch eine weitere gesicherte Tür.kamen uns ein wenig vor wie bei einem exit game.appartment innen sehr gepflegt aber sehr laut und alles voller duft sogar aus der klima

Lo más destacable es la inmejorable posición, en pleno centro, justo al lado de la torre del reloj, el puerto. El apartamento es muy nuevo y tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia. Repetiré sin duda.

The street view from the appointment was amazing we really enjoyed it. The AC in the room didn’t work so it was to hot to sleep. We tried to open the windows at night to cool down the room but the street noise was very loud. Also, the bathroom plumbing wasn’t done well, I guess, so the bathroom smelled terrible. We kept spraying the air refreshment all the time.

Good location, poor stay overall.

Very good location in Rijeka, however was meant to be 3 bed and was only 2. The pull out airbed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work either, which meant little sleep.

La posizione è ottima in pieno centro, peccato che all' ingresso c'era odore di topo morto, le chiavi non funzionano benissimo e la luce delle scale è scomoda, l'appartamento è piccolo ma pulito la doccia rialzata fatta malissimo allaga la camera solo con la tenda a protezione e' bocciata in più abbiamo dovuto sistemare la doccetta che sparava acqua ovunque .

Un appartamento molto piccolo, una camera angusta e senza finestra. Riscaldamento poco efficiente e odore di fogna. Ottima la localizzazione sul corso e ottima l’accoglienza al poco distante centro integrato. Insomma: un buchetto al centro.

dieses Appartement war extrem klein, hatte kein Fenster - zum Kochen also ungeeignet. Wir sind dann in ein anderes Appartement umgezogen, das ging reibungslos und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. uns wurde sogar das Taxi in das neue Appartement bezahlt. Wirklich sehr entgegenkommen, da wir viel Gepäck hatten. Das andere Appartement war viel besser, aber nur mit Heizstrahler beheizbar. Wenn gekocht und geheizt wurde, dann war es zuviel. Sromzufuhr war nicht geeignet.
