Every interaction we had was professional, prompt, and positive. They created a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that made our extended stay much more comfortable. There was also some light construction happening during our stay, but the staff handled everything professionally and did their best to minimize any inconvenience. The only issue we had was with the pool. We specifically booked this hotel because the amenities listed included a pool, but during our nearly 3-week stay, it was unavailable the entire time. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly stated when the pool is open and operational, or temporarily removed it from the amenities list until guests are actually able to use it."
