We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Botticelli, thanks to its perfect central location and exceptional staff. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Florence’s major sights and incredible local restaurants, yet it still provides a peaceful, charming retreat. What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the team; everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist us throughout our stay. With its authentic Florentine character, clean rooms, and unmatched hospitality, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and can't wait to return!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, with a comfortable bed and sheets with all needed amenities including a coffee maker and steamer.The shower is huge, beautiful bathroom with lots of space, great AC and blackout curtains. We had what would probably be considered an undesirable room because it was right next to the lobby, but we did not hear any noise and had easy access to everything so I imagine all the other rooms are just as nice or better. The breakfast was amazing buffet style and was included with the price. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. If you are an active person and are accustomed to walking regularly, then you will be fine. We were able to get to the Duomo in 15 minutes or less and it took us about 35 minutes to get to the river and the Florence overlook. It was wonderful and we would stay again!

Everything was amazing. Clean room, all areas were well maintained and clean. The staff was awesome. The two Fabio’s and Alessio at the front desk were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. Francisco at the breakfast every morning was very attentive and amazing.
