"Lovely relaxing stay, wish it could have been for longer. Adrian and Ann-Marie are super hosts. The gite was clean and comfortable and well furnished with everything we needed. The outside deck was perfect for meals and relaxing in the afternoons/evenings after visiting local villages. And the pool was warm and a great size - we often had it all to ourselves. Would highly recommend."

"We enjoyed a wonderful week at this charming historic village home. Pierre’s wife met us at the house to leave the keys and show us around. Despite the language barrier we were able to understand some of what she told us. There did seem to be some miscommunication about towels for the kitchen and bath being provided but she was kind enough to supply those after we requested them. We had no other issues and found the location of the house to be perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside...

"Maison spacieuse au calme avec climatisation dans le séjour (bien appréciable en cette période), grande piscine. Vu le nombre de personnes qui peuvent y séjourner il faudrait prévoir un plus grand frigo ou un de plus et aussi avoir un congélateur car là nous avions un freezer donc pas adapté pour l'été. "The property is typical french quirky and generally enjoyable - since the house is 17th century we can forgive the dim lights and basic electrics. The sewage issue (day 2) was sorted very quickly - this can happen anytime and communications with the manager were very quick. The excellent Comptoir restaurant next door (book ahead) is a real bonus and the boulangerie and convenience store were great too.
