Very confusing on the parking spaces where you can park, maybe some signs and marking with some paint, and lastly the bells of a near by church ran almost all night long every half-hour. To where it made hard to sleep/rest. But the breakfast was pretty good and cleaness of the place was good as well.."

"This is a old hotel which has a good alpine feeling but also show sign of a lot of usage ( in our bathroom one sliden door was broken and a broken tile). Is is nicely located next door to train station, so if you want to avoid carrying you luggage to hotel in Zermatt this hotel is s nice option. Good parking option if you arrive with car. The breakfast selection is basic."

"The solo traveler room I booked was clean, comfortable, cozy, and safe. And the panoramic views of Mount Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau - BREATHTAKING! As for the hotel owners and their staff, they were extremely friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome and comfortable before I even arrived. I hope to bring my family back to this magical place one day and we would definitely stay at the Hotel Edelweiss again! Highly recommend!"

"Lovely hotel, great location and perfect for visiting Zermatt! We arrived at the hotel later in the evening and found it to be in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the train station where you can catch the shuttle train to Zermatt. Parking is also available at the hotel, which was a great bonus! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel had kindly arranged a lovely little display in our room for our arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special! The room was comfortable, although there was no kettle or fridge provided. However, there is a kettle available in the lobby that guests can use at any time, day or night, which was useful. Breakfast was lovely, with a nice selection of food and drinks to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the breakfast area, which was a lovely way to start the day. There isn't a huge amount to see or do in Täsch itself, but the hotel is an excellent base for anyone planning to explore Zermatt, thanks to its convenient location and nearby transport links. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the thoughtful anniversary surprise. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're planning a trip to Zermatt!"
